Terms of Service

By choosing to commission me, you certify that you have read and agreed to the following conditions.

General Terms

• I maintain the right to refuse a commission if the requested content makes me uncomfortable or if I cannot fulfill a request.

• I may charge extra fees for complex designs.

• All artwork will include my signature, which you are not allowed to alter or remove in any way.

Payment

• All prices are listed in USD

• Payment will be requested upfront using a PayPal invoice.

• I will not start work on a commission until payment is made.

• If a commission is cancelled BEFORE the first progress sketch is sent, you may request a full refund.

• Refunds wills not be available after sketches have been approved for completion.
   

Process

• Please provide me with any reference you may have before any work on the commission has begun, as well as short personality descriptions for OC commissions.

  • If you have something specific in mind (pose, facial expression, etc.), please let me know!

• I will notify you when I have begun working on the commission, and I will regularly check in with you at different stages of the process.

• I will always do my best to complete your commission in a timely manner, but if there is a delay on my end for any reason, I will notify you as soon as possible and keep you informed.

  • If you have a time-sensitive request please tell me right away - Rush jobs will cost extra.​

• No revisions will be made after the commission is approved as complete.

• The finished work will be transferred digitally via Google Drive, email, or via your preferred method.

• All commission choices will be PNGs at 300 dpi with simple/no background.

Copyright & Usage Policy

• I reserve all rights to the artwork

  • I reserve the right to use the artwork for portfolio material and promotion purposes unless it is specifically requested for the commission to remain private.​

• The artwork commissioned is intended for your personal use only (i.e. gifts, headers, icons, desktop wallpapers, etc.) - not for commercial use. You may use the artwork as long as you are not profiting off of it in any way and do not infringe on any of the following points:

  • You may reupload the image online with clear credit. Do not claim my artwork as your own.

  • Do not alter the artwork in any way unless previously agreed upon.

• All AI and NFT usage/training of any kind is strictly prohibited!
